DEKRA Industrial Oy has granted SP Stainless Oy a certificate confirming the organization’s technical expertise, personnel, and methods in manufacturing pressure equipment in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU Module A2.
The certification covers the manufacturing of industrial pipelines and tanks up to PED class II from austenitic and austenitic-ferritic steel. “This certificate provides our customers with significant benefits, such as internal production control of pressure equipment and supervised pressure equipment inspections at random intervals, ensuring high quality and safety of our products,” says CEO Hannele Ranta.
